Refuge

[yard of the tenement at Włodkowica 13 Street]

Mirrors created visual camouflage which integrated the structure in the architectural tissue of the city. The cubical form of ‘Refuge’ became a framework for the chosen surrounding elements. Upon entering the ‘Refuge’, we become an integral part of the sacrum. ‘Refuge’ enables contemplation, pending; being ‘inside – outside’, disappearing of the space-time.
