Decapitalisation

Edition Survival 16

Tomasz Skórka’s sculpture-installation was based on “mining” two columns inside the palace with piggy banks made from a material imitating plastic explosives. The work could be perceived as a playful definition of art as a capital whose main strategy of survival is the acquisition of things and phenomena that pose a danger to itself.
