MACH

MACH is a monumental mobile-sound installation comprising a metal plane suspended between a system of loudspeakers and microphones.
The metal plane moves like a pendulum, breaking the sound of the resulting feedback.
The object, at the same time, is a sound sculpture that can be modulated by changing particular values, e.g. the speed with which the plane turns or the frequency.
