Working Time

The object under the title Working Time refers to the phenomenon of time perception in different situations (including work), as illustrated by a number of expressions, such as “time drags on endlessly” or “time slips through my fingers.”
The installation consists of a round wall clock. The clockwork is distorted, just like our perception of time in different emotional states can be distorted, depending on whether we feel discouraged, bored, excited or expectant.
It is difficult to realise the incorrect functioning of the object at a glance, which provokes reflections about a subjective and individual way of perceiving time.
