Garden
Scattered in several more or less visible spots, Grzegorz Łoznikow’s elaborate compositions referred to the idea of a garden-orangery, a collection of unique flora specimens. The artist arranged tree hollows with jewellery collages, combining haberdashery, plastic forms and cuttings from glossy magazines. The microworlds which emerged from the compositions, colourful and full of details, resembled unknown and luxuriant plants. A charming, abstract form was created, breaking the monotonous park green with its exoticism. Hidden and small-scale, it provided its discoverers with aesthetic and sensual pleasure.
